Join the Ontario Regiment RCAC Museum

The Ontario Regiment RCAC Museum operates the largest collection of running, historical, military vehicles in North America.

Its collection spans trucks and ambulances from 1916 up to modern armoured vehicles used by Canadian Troops in Afghanistan.

Of course, none of this happens without the hard work of our dedicated and talented members.  The Museum does not have “volunteers”, we have “members” who are an important part of a really great place and are facinated by history and vehicles.

We are looking for motivated and excited people to join us as part of the family of members.

We need alot of people to keep our Museum and events running:

  • Museum Guide Staff,
  • Event Staff,
  • Facilities Staff,
  • Mechanics, and even
  • Drivers.

You don’t need to be an expert, you just need to be willing.

Do you want to help the Tanks roll? Here is the process.

1. Fill out the Application Form.  You can download it here.

2. Send the form to membership@ontrmuseum.ca or bring it into the Museum.

4. Following the Interview and orientation session, if you are invited to become a member – you will have to sign the Membership agreement which can be downloaded or you can sign at the Musuem.

5. And now you are a Member!

Please Note:

  • You must be over the age of 15 years in order to become a Museum member,

  • Those under 18 require approval by a parent or guardian,

  • You will have to be briefed on the appropriate Museum polices and agree to follow them, and

  • You are a “Probationary Member” and need to log 200 hours of service before becoming a Member in Good Standing (Only Members in Good Standing can drive vehicles and may have limited access to the vehicles).

We hope to see you at the Museum soon!
